Project Brief: The Palisade Taphouse & Grill will set the tone for a intimate and luxurious dining atmosphere for the dominating Millennial demographic of Yaletown, BC.

Problem Statement:
Since the global pandemic, businesses haven’t been able to support their suppliers or staff members due to the lack of consumers and consistent income. On top of slowed business sales, the lack of insurance funding and diminishing tourism rates have been negatively affecting businesses all around the world.
Mission Statement:
The location of Palisade Taphouse and Grill will be strategically located within the heart of Yaletown of Vancouver, B.C., known for it's wide variety of eateries and cocktail lounges, which will further increase the probability of sparking the interest of new guests as they pass through. Established in 2021, Palisade Taphouse & Grill will be designed with an inspiration that roots from the sharp abstract forms that are reciprocated from the mountainous landscape that overlooks the islands of the Philippines. Sharp, crisp lines and the inspiring manipulation of shape and form will aim to provide our human minds with feelings of inspiration, excitement, and visual stimulation.
